The project is implemented by Norwegian Helsinki Committee and 6 partners from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The main purpose is to address problems caused by wars in the South Caucasus. It seeks to empower and assist civil society organizations to address root-causes of the conflict and contribute to the establishment of tolerance and understanding, which is perceived as the only means of guaranteeing in the long-term respect for human rights and peace in the region.
The goal is planned to achieve through numerous trainings on human rights and multiculturalism, public debates, network meetings in various places of the region as well as articles and publications to promote the tolerance and understanding.
